This caramel sauce is a specialty of Normandy(France) but it can be found throughout the country. It is(if we don't take into consideration the long time of boiling) easy to make and very very tasty. What you have to do next is to make this recipe a.s.a.p. because you will need it veery soon, when i'll introduce you the most amazing dessert!:D This is a warning! ;)
Ingrediente:
-1 litru lapte
-275 grame zahar
-1 varf de cutit de bicarbonat de sodiu
Punem zaharul intr-o craticioara,adaugam
bicarbonatul de sodiu si apoi laptele. Punem pe foc si lasam sa fiarba 30-40
minute amestecand din cand in cand. Laptele se reduce si se ingalbeneste. Dupa
30-40 de minute ramanem langa craticioara si amestecam constant, pentru ca
laptele sa nu se prinda. Dupa inca 40-50
de minute laptele va incepe sa prinda consistenta,insa trebuie sa tinem cont ca
el se va intari mai mult dupa ce se va raci. Nu ne mai ramane decat sa il
folosim la clatite, gaufre, inghetata,plus cel mai bun desert ever,care va urma
curand pe blog ! J
Ingredients :
-1 liter milk
-275 grams sugar
-a pinch of baking
soda
We put the sugar in a
pot, add the baking soda and the milk. We let boil for 30-40 minutes, stirring
from time to time. The milk will reduce and get yellow. After 30-40 minutes we
stay near the pan as the milk might stick to the bottom. After another 40-50
minutes the milk will become consistent, but keep in mind that it will become
thicker after cooling. All we have to do now is to use it with pancakes,
gaufres, icecream, plus the most amazing dessert ever, soon on this blog!:)
