Ingrediente :
-2 cani(260 grame) unt sarat la
temperatura camerei
-1 ½ cana zahar
-2 oua mari, separate in galbenus si
albus
-4 cani faina
-3 linguri coaja de portocala,lamaie si
lime
-2 linguri suc de lamaie/lime si
portocala
Pentru glazura :
-3 cani zahar vanilat
-2 linguri lapte integral
-2 linguri coaja de lamaie,lime si
portocala
-sucul de la ½ lamaie
-sucul de la ½ lime
-sare
Ingredients :
-2 cups(4 sticks) salted
butter, softened
-1 ½ cup sugar
-2 whole large eggs, separated
-4 cups flour
-3 tablespoons orange, lemon
and lime zest
-2 tablespoons orange, lemon
and/or lime juice
For icing:
-3 cups powdered sugar
-2 tablespoons whole milk
-2 tablespoons orange, lemon
and lime zest
-juice of ½ lime
-juice of ½ lemon
-dash of salt
Incalzim cuptorul la 175C. Amestecam
untul cu zaharul. Adaugam
galbenusurile si amestecam bine(albusurile le pastram pentru glazura). Adaugam razatura
si faina si amestecam pana se omogenizeaza, apoi adaugam sucul si amestecam din
nou.
Preheat oven to 175C.Cream butter and sugar until combined. Add egg yolks and mix until
combined (set whites aside for the icing.) Add the zest and the flour and mix
until just combined, then add juice and mix until combined.
Luam aluat cu lingura si formam in mana
bile de marimea unei mingiute de golf. Le punem pe o tava acoperita cu hartie
de copt si coacem pentru 13 minute. Scoatem din cuptor si le mai pastram pe tava
3-4 minute.
Scoop out heaping teaspoons of dough, then roll them into balls between
your hands. Place on a cookie sheet and bake for 13 minutes. Remove from the
oven and keep on the cookie sheet for 3 to 4 minutes.
Pentru glazura, combinam 1 albus cu restul ingredientelor. Amestecam pana
se omogenizeaza, adaugand fie zahar pudra fie suc pana ajungem la consistenta dorita(ca
o smantana mai groasa).
To make the icing, combine 1 egg white with the rest of the icing
ingredients. Whisk thoroughly until combined, adding either more powdered sugar
or more juice until it reaches a pourable but still thick consistency.
Cu o lingura trasam linii de glazura
peste biscuitii raciti, intai orizontal si apoi vertical. Presaram razatura de
lamaie,pentru decor.
