Besides chocolate and gaufres and many other culinary wonders, Belgium is very well represented by its sandwiches. You can see people eating sandwiches all the time, and they look very very good(I'm talking about the sandwiches, ok?:)) ). So, because I am such a wisdom person ;) I realized that the secret is the bread. A fresh French baguette, for example,can change everything in a sandwich, and lead to what you can see in the following pictures..:))
Pentru un sandwich bun-bun ne trebuie
urmatoarele: un sfert de bagheta prrroaspata, o felie de mortadella, una de
jambon sau sunca presata, o felie mare(sau doua mici) de cascaval(de care ne
place mai mult) si rucola din belsug. Pentru dressing, amestecam o lingura de
ulei de masline cu o lingura de otet balsamic, adaugam putina sare, piper-daca
vrem, si un catel de usturoi tocat. Taiem painea in doua pe lungime, turnam cu
o lingurita dressing pe ambele parti, asezam frumos o felie de mortadella, cele
doua felii de cascaval, apoi felia de jambon, adaugam o portie generoasa de
rucola si inchidem gratios ! Un
deliciu !
For a great sandwich
we need : a quarter of a fresh French baguette, a slice of mortadella, a slice
of ham, a big slice(or two little) of cheese(your favorite), and plenty of
rucola . For the dressing we mix a tablespoon of olive oil with a tablespoon of
balsamic vinegar, we add salt and pepper and we smash a clove of garlic. We
slice the loaf of bread in two, lengthwise, and pour some dressing over both
sides of bread. We add the mortadella, the cheese, the ham, the rucola and we
close with the second slice. Delicious!
