Today on the menu we have a delicious tuna cake, as always very easy to make. :)) It can easily be served with a special occasion, or with no occasion whatsoever.:)),and goes well with salmon,also. All that's left for me to do is to give you the recipe and wish you Bon Appetit!:)

-150 grame faina
-250 ml lapte
-150 grame cascaval ras
-30 grame ciuperci
-1 cutie ton natur
-1 plic drojdie
-masline
-sare,piper
Ingredients :
-3 eggs
-150 grams flour
-250 ml milk
-150 grams grated
cheese
-30 grams mushrooms
-1 can tuna in water
-1 sachet dry yeast
-olives
-salt,pepper
Incalzim cuptorul la 220C. Zdrobim tonul cu
o furculita. Intr-un vas amestecam ouale si laptele. Adaugam faina si drojdia,
apoi cascavalul ras, ciupercile si tonul. Adaugam cateva masline taiate
feliute. Saram,daca e nevoie. Turnam amestecul intr-o tava de cozonac unsa cu unt pentru 45 de minute. E gata cand
trece testul scobitorii. Servim cald.
We heat the oven to
220C. We crush the tuna with a fork. In a large bowl we mix the eggs and the
milk. We add the flour and the yeast, then the grated cheese, the mushrooms and
the tuna. We add some sliced olives. We add salt, if necessary. We pour the
batter in a greased pan and bake for 45 minutes. It’s ready when it passes the
toothpick test. We serve warm.
